All panels are made according to the project drawing. The production process begins with the purchase of quality raw materials, wood and baled straw. 1st grade spruce timber is used for the production of panels. The wood is treated with BIO fire retardant, the straw is checked for humidity and absence of mold and impurities of field plants. The straw pressing process takes place with a pressure of 12 tons. The use of internal crosspieces allows to achieve uniform pressing and precise panel geometry. The top and bottom of the panels are covered with moisture-resistant plywood covers. The panels are assembled with structural screws, making them very strong and reliable elements of the future house.

The cost of making straw panels starts from - €56 per m². Mass construction projects are calculated individually.
