Energy-efficient Eco houses are designed according to the principles of solar architecture. When designing, climate conditions, terrain relief, sun movement and length of sunlight, as well as the size and location of windows are taken into account. Designing according to these principles allows for the creation of buildings that efficiently use solar energy, reduce heating and conditioning costs, and fill the space with natural light.

House design consists of Sketch and Working projects, and for the start of work requires geodetic and geological surveys.

Sketch project (contains a list of documents for obtaining a building permit, which reflects the house's form, exterior appearance, location on the plot, with indication of all rooms, their area, and height marks) Design cost from €12 per m²
Working project (contains design drawings for carrying out construction work in stages: foundation and utility connections, construction of the house frame, exterior finishing, interior engineering) Design cost from €18 per m²

For demanding developers, design according to the philosophy of Feng Shui, Vastu may be offered. The design cost is agreed upon individually.
