Technical specifications of straw panels
Wattle panels are self-supporting structures that withstand heavy loads, allowing for the construction of buildings up to three stories high. They have double non-load-bearing uprights, are made of kiln-dried calibrated timber and pressed straw (with a moisture content of up to 14%) and are treated with fire protection that is safe for humans.
The standard size of a wall panel is 3000x1000x400mm;
Thermal resistance R - 7.95;
Sound insulation - 56 dB,
Combustibility category - G1
Fire resistance class - REI60
Load-bearing capacity - 12.5 tons
Weight per m² - 40 kg
Panels are produced according to the working project drawings (panel layout), assembled using structural screws, and covered at the top and bottom with moisture-resistant plywood. Corner, window sill, and transom panels have additional reinforcements.
