Technical specifications of straw panels

Straw panels are self-supporting structures that withstand heavy loads, enabling construction of up to three-story houses. Feature double load-bearing posts made of kiln-dried calibrated timber (moisture ≤14%) and compressed straw (density 120 kg/m³). All wooden components are treated with human-safe BIO fire-retardant.

  • Standard wall panel size – 3000×1000×400mm
  • Thermal resistance R – 7.95
  • Sound insulation – 56 dB
  • Combustibility class – G1
  • Fire resistance rating – REI60
  • Load-bearing capacity – 12.5t
  • Weight per m² – 40kg

Panels are manufactured according to working project drawings (panel layout), assembled with structural screws, and capped with moisture-resistant plywood. Corner, under-window, and over-window panels feature additional reinforcements.
